Shipping Policy

Monelle – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

At Monelle, we strive to offer the best value for your money. Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to reduce transportation, storage, and packaging costs — and pass those savings on to you.


2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or Canadian statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Pre-Order Items: Orders marked as Pre-Order require an additional 8–10 days before shipment to secure stock from our supplier. Once shipped, the standard delivery timelines below apply. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order is ready.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: After processing, average delivery time is 10–15 business days within Canada.

  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or carrier issues.


4. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada — no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. How to Place an Order

  1. Add your desired product(s) to your shopping cart.

  2. Select the correct product options and click “Proceed to checkout”.

  3. Enter your shipping address and click “Continue to shipping”.

  4. Confirm your shipping details and click “Continue to payment”.

  5. Choose a secure payment method:

    • Credit Card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)

    • Shop Pay

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

  6. Click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to finalize payment.


6. Change of Address

Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us immediately.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the carrier may return or dispose of the package after their holding period (usually 7 days).

  • We cannot provide a full refund for packages disposed of due to incorrect addresses. If you wish to have the order resent, a 15% reshipment fee will apply.


7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  • For any future international orders, customers are responsible for paying applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by their country’s authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices.

  • Failure to pay these fees or collect your parcel may result in return or disposal without refund eligibility.
