Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monelle-wear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A defective item.
An incorrect item received.
An item not matching the product description.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Return Address: All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The exact address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for items of the same value.
Process: To request an exchange, contact us at info@monelle-wear.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like in exchange.
Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Final Sale or Seasonal Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition: Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
