SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Our average delivery time is 6–12 business days. Because we ship in curated batches to reduce our environmental footprint, your patience makes a difference.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted production partners around the world. Orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

My package is delayed — what should I do?
Please allow a few extra days beyond the standard timeframe. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us and we’ll make sure it gets resolved.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or defective.

How do I start a return?
Just email us at info@monelle-wear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps.

Do you offer free exchanges?
Yes! If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. We want you to love your look.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Your personal data is processed securely, and we never store your full credit card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can try to help. Email us right away at info@monelle-wear.com
Once it’s processed, we’re unable to make changes.

How do I know what size to order?
We include detailed size charts on every product page. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, most of our pieces are true to size. If something fits differently, we’ll always mention it in the product description.

How should I care for my items?
To preserve the quality of your Monelle pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.
